GABE LENNERS

On The Go At The RDMAs

07/02/2018

Summer is in full swing, and I can’t let June fly by without breaking down the 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards.

This year’s show was held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and packed with star power. For me, the biggest star who came to the show was my mom. Mom loved every minute of music’s biggest event for families.

When the lights went down, you could feel the excitement rise. With music performances from Marshmello, Charlie Puth, Carrie Underwood & Kelly Clarkson, you can imagine mom and I singing along. My favorite moment of the show was seeing Janet Jackson win that Impact Award. She truly is one of our living legends!

Post-show, we moved over to the after-party and chatted with more folks, snapped pics, sampled food and checked out those amazing views of Hollywood Boulevard. We even watched Mason Ramsey break it down on the dance floor listening to a remix of his own song.
